Niels was born in Hamburg, Germany. He grew up in a family in which members had their careers focused on local government and long-standing civil service activities. After working for a large international corporation, his interest in IT became his main job and the foundation of his business. For his international work as a trainer, speaker, coach and consultant, he received multiple international awards based on client feedback and customer satisfaction. He quickly realised that combining technical and leadership knowledge is the key to success. His track record proved him right. He deepened his understanding of leadership and became actively involved as an independent researcher. He authored and co-authored numerous books, ebooks, podcasts and similar publications.
